Real Sacramento FC was born out of a desire to return to the roots of elite player development. While our club was established well before the creation of NorCal Premier Soccer in 2004, we are proud to have been among the first teams to join at its inception.
Built on the "REAL" standard, our club remains focused on technical excellence, community pride, and a clear pathway for athletes across the Greater Sacramento region. We aren't just a club; we are a development academy with deep historical roots, dedicated to cultivating the next generation of elite athletes and resilient leaders.

O'Neil Park is the heart of our operations—it’s where the work happens. We call it "The Proving Ground" because every session is an opportunity to improve. Our coaching staff, comprised of experienced professionals and former standouts all work in close coordination to deliver a shared philosophy, ensuring every player benefits from the collective expertise of the entire club.
